Excellent service from Superior Overhead Doors! I initially thought I would need to replace a broken garage door opener, but their service technician, Ryan, quickly identified that the real issue was that the garage door springs needed adjustment. He retensioned the springs, lubricated the door hinges, and had everything working like new again. I especially appreciated Ryan taking the time to explain the various error codes the opener can display. He was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, and I really appreciated his honest assessment and excellent service. I highly recommend Superior Overhead Doors and Ryan!

I have a 12 year old son who is infatuated with garage doors. Russ was kind enough to allow us to stop in for a little while and let my son pick his brain on garage doors and the garage door business.

I am certain Russ had plenty of other important things to do, but he chose to take time to invest in a young man who may choose to pursue a career in the garage door business in the future.

I will definitely be calling Superior for all of my future garage door needs.

I have used Superior for years…because they truly are superior. But today’s kudos go to Ryan. He’s installed, adjusted, and maintained my current door for several years. But yesterday, I’m most impressed that he not only replaced my broken spring, but also serviced, greased, and adjusted my door (extra wide double) for its smoothest and quietest movement. I didn’t ask for it…he did it on his own and didn’t even charge me. Ryan, if Superior doesn’t give you a raise with praise, the competition will!! 😄 But I’m fairly certain Superior treats you quite well. I hope I don’t need you again but assured to know that, when I do, you’ll be here with all your quality and expertise.

My garage doors were fried by a power surge, reached out to S.O.D. on a Monday and they were able to come fix them that Wednesday. Joel and Ryan were super kind and efficient, got the job done in under an hour, explained all the issues to me, etc. 10/10 recommend.

Nick was amazing!
Our garage door spring snapped in 2 leaving us unable to raise the garage door and 2 needed cars trapped inside. Nick was able to come 1st thing in the morning and replaced the spring in less than an hour. He was polite, courteous, and efficient. Hopefully we don't need to replace the spring again anytime soon but the 10 yr warranty protects us if we do.

Russ and his crew proved to me why they are called Superior! Joel and his partner saved the day for us when our garage door had a complete failure by securing it for safety and to prevent anyone from entering until our new door came in. Once our door arrived they came out, dismantled the old door, replaced my existing right side 2x8 frame, installed all the supporting hardware, the new door, and the new high tech opener. They additionally help set up the opener app on my phone. All of this fabulous service in less than an hour and a half. You will be pleased with these guys 💯!
